How to Consign with Us

Here’s how it works

Please make an appointment by calling the shop at (434) 939-9694 to drop off your items.

A consignor account will be set up for you and when using store credit an additional 10% credit.

Checks will be issued monthly when items have sold upon request. Payouts are every month on the THIRD THURSDAY.

Requests may be called in on the payout day or you may come into the shop to request your check on the Third Thursday of the month.

Items will be consigned for 90 days. If you would like to pick up your unsold items at the end of the consignment period you will have 10 business days to pick up your items starting on day 80 of your consignment period. Items not picked by 90 days will be automatically converted to store inventory and will not be eligible to be picked up. They will be sold for a discounted price and/or donated locally.

Acceptance Guidelines

Clothing must be brought in on hangers (which will be returned) or folded neatly in a plastic bin, or in paper bags (no trash bags please). No more than 30 items per visit. Items not accepted will be returned to you unless you choose to donate them.

Items for consignment must be:

• Freshly laundered or dry cleaned
• Wiped down / dusted
• Wrinkle-free
• No stains
• Free pet hair
• Free from any smoke odors
• In ready to sell condition and in the correct season being accepted

We will not accept

Outdated items unless they are a “Vintage Vibe”.

Walmart or Target brands.

Items with stains, pilling, wrinkled, missing buttons or sequins..

Tags that are cut out, have yellowed from wear or have names written on them.

Items with smoke odor or have pet hair on them.

Any "knock-off" items
